These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://kidolyze.com and the services offered through it (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Hatice Hasanova Kahraman, doing business as Kidolyze ("Kidolyze," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Services

Kidolyze offers the Kidolyze Talent Report, a one-time personalized digital educational report designed for parents and legal guardians. After purchase, you submit questionnaire responses about your child, and Kidolyze uses those responses to generate a personalized digital child talent discovery report containing category-based insights, strengths, growth areas, and practical activity suggestions.

The report is delivered digitally by email or digital link. The Kidolyze Talent Report is a one-time digital purchase. We do not currently offer subscriptions, physical goods, or downloadable software.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver of the child about whom you are completing the questionnaire.
• You have the legal right and authority to provide information about that child and to agree to these Terms on their behalf.
• You are not prohibited from using the Services under any applicable law.

4. No Child-Directed Use

Our website and Services are intended for adults only. Children should not directly use the website or submit information through it. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 18. Any information about a child is provided by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver acting on the child's behalf.

5. Purchases and Payments

The price of the Kidolyze Talent Report is displayed on our website at the time of purchase and may change from time to time. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy may support payment methods such as cards and PayPal.

Kidolyze does not directly collect or store your full payment card details. Depending on your location, applicable taxes may be calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy. By completing a purchase, you agree to any applicable terms of Lemon Squeezy that apply to your transaction.

6. Report Delivery

After you complete your purchase and submit the required questionnaire, we generate and deliver your report digitally by email or digital link. Reports are typically delivered within 4–6 hours after the required questionnaire has been submitted. In some cases — including high demand, incomplete information, technical issues, or manual review — delivery may take up to 24 hours.

The report is not delivered immediately upon purchase, as it depends on your questionnaire responses being submitted first.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Because the Kidolyze Talent Report is a personalized digital product created using your questionnaire responses, refund eligibility is limited. Please review our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and the request process.

8. Educational and Informational Use Only

Kidolyze reports are educational and informational only. They are not medical, clinical, psychological, or diagnostic assessments, and they should not be used as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals. If you have concerns about your child's health, development, behavior, education, or wellbeing, you should consult an appropriate qualified professional.

9. Artificial Intelligence and Report Generation

Kidolyze may use artificial intelligence technology, including third-party AI service providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic, to analyze questionnaire responses and generate personalized reports. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your questionnaire responses will be processed by AI systems to generate your report.
• AI-generated content is based on questionnaire responses and educational patterns, and is not professional, clinical, medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice.
• Results may vary and depend on the accuracy of the information you provide.

10. User-Provided Information / Questionnaire Responses

To generate your report, you provide questionnaire responses about your child. These responses are used to create your personalized report and to operate and improve our Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting questionnaire responses, you confirm that you have the right to provide information about the child in question.

11. Accuracy of Information Provided by Users

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide through the questionnaire is true, accurate, and complete. The quality and usefulness of your report depend on the accuracy of the information you submit. We are not responsible for reports that are affected by inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Kidolyze website and within the reports — including text, graphics, logos, report templates, structure, and methodology — is the property of Hatice Hasanova Kahraman (doing business as Kidolyze) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any such content to you.

13. Personal, Non-Commercial Use License

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your report for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not resell, copy, publish, redistribute, or commercially exploit your report or any content from the Kidolyze website without our prior written consent.

14. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Resell, copy, publish, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Services, reports, or website content without our written consent.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded or waived under applicable law in your country of residence.
